Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Medlead Careers Flushing, NY 11354 Superb Nurse Practitioner Opportunity! New Grads welcome! A Long-term care group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in nursing homes located in Flushing, NY.
Requirements:
Valid NP license in the state of NY Nursing Home experience- Strongly preferred Credentialed with Medicare- strongly preferred Duties will include: Managing all Primary Care related consults History and physical exam Medication review Prescribe medication and drugs Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient’s medical history
