We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care department. This position is open to both experienced NPs and recent or upcoming graduates, including 2025 candidates.

Role Highlights:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime schedule – no weekends, no call. Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient education on ostomy care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and utilize evidence-based wound care practices.

Board Certification DEA License Wound Care Certification State License Requirements:

Active New York State License. Knowledge and experience with wound care preferred but not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $114,430-$123,584 (excludes additional incentives). CME allowance, relocation reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and excellent health benefits.
