The ideal candidate will provide primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on promoting health and preventing disease within families.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Manage patient referrals to specialists when needed
• Perform minor procedures within the scope of practice
• Qualifications
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong knowledge in physiology, acute care, pediatrics, and gastroenterology
• Experience in case management, toddler care, acute pain management, diagnostic evaluation, patient care, and nursing home settings
