Position Highlights & JobResponsibilities:
- Independent practice with a strong affiliationwith local tertiary care hospitals that provide a full range ofEndocrinology medicine
- Direct and manage a complete continuum ofquality-based care within the interdisciplinary team
- Teamwork;Evidence-based Medicine; Value-Based Care

- Examines patients inclinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
- Consult withpatients to understand their health concerns and performspecialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
- Consult withpatient’s primary care physician and other specialists as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestrictedlicensure in the state of New York or has New York application inprocess
- Fellowship trained and Board Certification or BoardEligibility in Endocrinology
- Active and unrestricted DEA Licenseor ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this roleis $208,000 to $352,000 annually based on full-time employment.
Payis based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
