Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in Lansing, NY. This position is ideal for a skilled, compassionate provider interested in long-term, team-based primary care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments through physical exams, health histories, and diagnostic testing Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Order and interpret lab and imaging tests Collaborate with a supervising physician per established protocols Provide preventive care, patient education, and follow-up Document all care provided and support continuity of care Perform other duties as needed to support quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current and valid New York State NP license in Family Health Active Nursing license

Full-time, Contract Pay:
$85.00 – $105.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
