Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments through physical exams, health histories, and diagnostic testing Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Order and interpret lab and imaging tests Collaborate with a supervising physician per established protocols Provide preventive care, patient education, and follow-up Document all care provided and support continuity of care Perform other duties as needed to support quality patient outcomes

Requirements:

Current and valid New York State NP license in Family Health Active registration with the

NY State Education Department BLS/CPR Job Types:

$85.00 – $95.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
