Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner –

Ketamine Therapy Practice Location:

Lower Manhattan, Melville (Long Island), and White Plains (Westchester County),

Innovative Mental Health & Pain Management Part-time 2-3 days per week no weekends. Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly growing private practice at the forefront of innovative treatments for mental health and chronic pain? We’re seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and self-motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work closely with a nationally recognized leader in the use of ketamine therapy for anxiety, PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team making a tangible difference in patients’ lives. Our offices are conveniently located in Lower Manhattan, Melville (Long Island), and White Plains (Westchester County).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations and collaborate with families regarding treatment plans Support and monitor patients undergoing ketamine infusions Respond effectively to patient needs and clinical changes during and post-treatment Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care Float between office locations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of clinical experience as a PA or NP , preferably with IV medication administration Experience in ICU or Emergency Medicine strongly preferred Prior exposure to ketamine treatment is a plus, but not required Skilled in starting and managing IV lines Confident working both independently and under physician supervision BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications required Graduated from an accredited PA or NP program with a current NY State license in good standing Active DEA license Why Join Us?
