Infusion NP ASAP through February 2025 12-15 patients per day Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school. Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner Maintains a current collaborative practice agreement. BCLS certification required; ACLS certification required (as of 6/1/21). Minimum two years’ experience in an acute care setting preferred. ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification (only required if working in the Infusion Center) All registered nurses and advanced practice nurses providing direct oncology care must demonstrate one of the following: Current cancer-specific certification in the nurse’s specialty by an accredited certification program. Oncology nursing certifications that qualify include, but are not limited to: AOCNP®, AOCNS®, AOCN®, BMTCN®, CPHON®, CPON®, CBCN® OCN® Or Ongoing education by earning 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours every 3 years (maintained by department manager) •About Talent4
