Employment type:

• Fulltime, 40 hours per week
• Flexing between a One Medical office inPurchase and a One Medical office in Manhattan What you’ll beworking on:
• Managing a patient panel with a broad array ofpatient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsat a unique employer onsite
• Treating patients in-office or intesting centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and throughother modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammatesvia daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities toperform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiencesrequired for this role:
• Completed an accredited NP or PA programwith a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced asan Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatientprimary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary caresetting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in New York,obtained by your One Medical start date One Medical providers alsodemonstrate:
• A passion for human-centered primary care
• Theability to successfully communicate with and provide care toindividuals of all backgrounds
• The ability to effectively usetechnology to deliver high quality care
• Clinical proficiency inevidence-based primary care
• The desire to be an integral part ofa team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
• An openness tofeedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengthsand weaknesses
• The ability to confidently navigate uncertainsituations with both patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adaptpersonal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of ourpatients This is a full-time role based in New York, NY.

One Medical is committed to fairand equitable compensation practices. The base salary range forthis role is $177,500 to $188,750 per year based on a full-timeschedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based onfactors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceedthese specified qualifications and requirements. The totalcompensation package for this position may also include annualperformance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentivecompensation plans.
