Working alongside Psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner to treat patients in residential treatment center Providing ongoing medication management and assessment Performing psychiatric evaluations Documenting notes in EMR system Working with social workers to coordinate treatment for therapy Following guidelines and procedures Understanding patient’s medical and mental health records and designing treatment protocol appropriately Requirements for

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Graduate of accredited Masters Degree of Nursing Program Active or in process New York State PMHNP license At least 1 year PMHNP experience Knowledge of documentation Experience with adolescence a plus
