Telehealth Nurse Practitioner :

Required NY License DEA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of health conditions. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and clinical practices, as well as experience in critical care settings. As a Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options. Document patient interactions accurately using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. Advocate for patients with disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources. Requirements Accredited program. Practitioner certification and state licensure in NY. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in coding for medical billing purposes is a plus. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, particularly in critical care settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively. Prior experience in managing patients with disabilities is advantageous.
