We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients with complex wounds. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to excellence in patient outcomes, patient/family/referral source experience, and clinical operations. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wound care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Wound care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advanced wound care to patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other necessary procedures
• Educate patients and families about wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the required timeline
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications
• Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
• Excellent clinical skills and judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Wound care experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation Benefits
