The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Manage acute pain management strategies for patients. Provide primary care services, including health education, preventive screenings, and ordering immunizations. Maintain accurate medical records using Athena Health. Provide urgent care services as needed, ensuring timely and effective treatment for acute conditions. Requirements Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Valid state nursing license and certification to practice in the designated area. Experience in a family health practice preferred Proficient in managing medical records and utilizing electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Knowledge of best practices in primary care Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals and office staff.
