Position Overview:
We are seeking a kind, professional, and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This role focuses on providing IV therapy for diabetic patients, excluding wound care . The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient wellness, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized IV therapy treatment plans Administer and oversee IV infusions with a focus on patient safety and comfort Educate patients on diabetes management and IV therapy benefits Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system Ensure compliance with all clinic protocols and healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in South Carolina Experience in diabetes management, endocrinology, or IV therapy preferred Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Compassionate, professional, and committed to patient care Why Join Us?
