Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion forproviding the best possible care

Education:

Graduate of an accredited

Certificate, Diploma,Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Experience:

2 years experience within the last 5 years inchronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice backgroundpreferred

Required:

Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend,move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear theweight of an average adult effectively We’ve worked hard to build acaring culture of integrity, communication, diversity and positiveexperiences, and we’d love for you to join our team.
