Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management Document all care in the EHR system Support and help develop a patient-centered team approach Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality Help manage clinic operations and adapt to evolving care models Participate in staff development and hiring Validate insurance and incorporate into care plans

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing and National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active APRN license in the state of employment Minimum 1 year of FNP experience BLS Certification #
