Practice Manager / Senior Practice Manager Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our retail clinic team. You will work collaboratively with a clinical care team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to patients aged 18 months and older. This role involves independent assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients’ medical needs Document patient care in the electronic health record system Collaborate daily with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes and develop patient-centered practice teams Respond to patient care inquiries promptly Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention to support quality outcomes Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication Resolve conflicts and cultivate positive working relationships among clinic staff and retail colleagues Manage both clinical and administrative tasks efficiently Adapt to new models of patient care to improve clinic efficiency Participate in hiring and development of clinic employees Validate insurance coverage and incorporate this information into patient care planning Float between three primary clinic locations, with potential to cover nearby clinics in the region Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification and valid State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner DEA registration may be required at the time of offer Work Schedule & Environment Monday through
