Qualifications
Ahearttoservepatientsandfamiliesandapassionforprovidingthebestpossiblecare
Education:
GraduateofanaccreditedCertificate,Diploma,AssociateorBaccalaureateSchoolofNursingpreferred
Experience:
2yearsexperiencewithinthelast5yearsinchronicdiseasemanagement/long-termcare.
Hospicebackgroundpreferred
Required:
Reliabletransportation.
Abilitytosit,stand,bend,moveintermittentlyandliftatleast80-100lbsandbeartheweightofanaverageadulteffectively
