What You’ll Do:

Working under the supervision of a licensed physician and within a supportive, team-based care model, you will

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care including assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments
• Conduct thorough physical exams and obtain complete medical histories
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics with clinical precision
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with confidence and compassion
• Formulate and adjust treatment plans, using protocols and collaborating with supervising physicians as needed
• Render emergency interventions, including CPR, IV therapy, and minor procedures
• Educate patients and families with clarity, kindness, and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in medical staff meetings and contribute to Sandhills’ mission of equitable, accessible careWhat We’re Looking For
• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina (FNP-C or FNP-BC
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred in a primary care or family practice setting
• Current CPR and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain within 12 months
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset and a passion for underserved communities
