Position Overview:
- Outpatient role in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Rehab facilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, med management, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with an MD-led team and on-staff psychiatrist
- Manage behavioral health needs for long-term and post-acute patients
- Serve as the lead psychiatric provider at your assigned facility Schedule & Flexibility
