Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, diagnose and treat conditions, and develop care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Utilize integrated care model to collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring comprehensive care. Document patient interactions and participate in quality improvement initiatives as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. Active state licensure and certification.
