As the Behavioral Health NP/PA, yourresponsibilities include thorough assessment, diagnosis, andtreatment of patients, developing and implementing on-targettreatment plans including prescribing appropriate pharmacologicalagents consistent with facility guidelines, providing continuouseducation to patients and families, providing instruction to staffmembers including precepting, shadowing, lectures, rounds, and/orstaff meetings, interacting with patients and families in aprofessional and respectful manner, and engaging in qualityimprovement measures within the department.
