Provide certain IM and Trigger Point Injections generated via chiropractic referrals Implement individualized health programs to meet your patients’ needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Educate patients and their families about self-care techniques Customize your practice’s patient demographic with certain healthcare specialties as you see fit Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes. Requirements Degree as Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution. Valid, active state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
