Job Description
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Part-Time, Flexible, Revenue Share Model Blue Vest Healthcare Nashville, TN 37216 • Hybrid work We’re seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic serving adults, youth, and families. You’ll have full flexibility to choose your hours and caseload. We’ve already secured a collaborating physician — so you can focus on patient care, not red tape. This is a contractor position paid on a revenue-sharing model — no hourly clock-in, just clean compensation based on services delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Provide evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-person (your choice) Document clinical notes and participate in chart reviews Work with our team to serve TennCare and private-pay clients
Compensation Model:
60/40 revenue split – You earn 60% of each reimbursed session No unpaid hours or guesswork — you’re paid per completed session Bonuses available for retention and consistency
