Family Nurse Practitioner (Part-time) Sale Creek Family Practice 108 Griffith Street, Sale Creek, TN 37373 Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments , including history and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans Provide preventative care counseling and patient education Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care Document all patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR) (eMDs)
