Videos Duties The incumbent serves as the Outpient Community Based Outpient Clinic (CBOC) Supervisor providing the full range of therapeutic services for the CBOCs associed with the Mountain Home Mental Health Outpient Services. The incumbent assumes the administrive and clinical responsibility for the management of the assigned employees of any person-class who function within the outpient clinic setting, while consulting and collaboring with Chief of Mental Health Outpient Services on daily operions. The incumbent is directly responsible for the success of mental health services delivered through the Outpient Mental Health Clinic, while also contributing to the administrive oversight of outpient psychotherapists multiple locions (i.e., Morristown, Norton, Sevierville, and Bristol). Additionally, the Program Manager will provide administrive assistance to the Chief of Outpient Mental Health, Deputy ACOS for MH, and ACOS for MH, in support of the full range of psychotherapeutic service provision within the Service. The Outpient CBOC Supervisor will function in a direct clinical care role by providing a broad range of outpient services (psycho-diagnostic interviews, individual and group psychotherapy, social services, psychological testing, etc) offered within the Mental Health Clinic. In this role, the incumbent will function as a full interdisciplinary team member, in collaborion with Psychiry, Social Work, Psychology, Pharmacy, Peer Support, and Nursing staff, in the delivery of outpient services to veteran populions. The incumbent will serve as a psychotherapist an advanced practice level and provide clinical intervention through groups, individual psychotherapy, and family therapy to meet biological, psychological, social, and environmental needs to Veterans from a Southern Appalachian cchment area. The Veteran populion presents with complex psychosocial needs, requiring the highest levels of clinical acumen, skill, and proficiency in rendering approprie care. In their clinical role, the Outpient CBOC Supervisor required to engage with pients, families, partners, loved ones, community agencies, and other mental health staff in providing comprehensive, holistic, and high-quality clinical care.
