Training:

Earned a Registered Nurse & NursePractitioner diploma or degree from a college or university. Currently licensed by the State of Tennessee as a

Registered Nurse& Nurse Practitioner Workplace Experience:
Equipment and SkillsTraining:

Competent in the use of standard medical office equipment andmedical supplies including computers with appropriate medicalsoftware, facsimile machines, copying machines and telephones.

Physical Environment:

Family medical practice office.

PhysicalEffort:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, sit ata desk and communicate, in English, both verbally and in writtenform.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Schedules CME Maintains accurate medical records See patientsefficiently and is responsible for inpatient rounding as needed.

Orders and reviews medical and lab tests Provides quality patientcare Completes additional duties and special tasks in a timelyfashion. Observes universal precautions Supports physicians. Able to havecommunication with patient and family members. Maintains officestandards when physician is out of the office Attends WilliamsonHealth Medical Group practitioner meetings Outreach within thecommunity.
