Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer IV therapy treatments according to established protocols. Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Tennessee. Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care, preferred. Experience in IV therapy administration is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dedication to promoting health and wellness through preventative care.
Schedule and Compensation:
Full time Position Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
