Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health Join a compassionate, mission-driven team making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across Vermont. This is an outpatient role with no call or weekend responsibilities, offering strong support, work-life balance, and the opportunity to live in one of the country’s most scenic and welcoming communities. Practice Highlights Collaborative care environment with a multidisciplinary team of 6 providers, including mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians Serve a diverse patient population of children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients Treat a broad range of conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and trauma-related cases Schedule & Responsibilities Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM with the option for a 4.5-day workweek No call and no weekend requirements Provide outpatient mental health services including comprehensive assessments, therapeutic counseling, and individualized care planning Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed annual base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 DOE $10,000 retention bonus, plus relocation assistance up to $10,000 5 weeks of paid time off, including federal holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, long-term care, and malpractice coverage with tail Retirement plan options $2,500 annual CME allowance Why Vermont?
