Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Limestone Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents’ recovery journeys and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas. Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans under the supervision of nursing staff. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required. Experience in dementia care or working with elderly populations is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and basic nursing principles. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
