Full Job Description Overview:

The Clinical Tech works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the clinical tech include providing for direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The tech must demonstrate the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds; to organize, set priorities and manage multiple tasks, and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. License, Certification and/or registration: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required. Certification must be from a state approved program

Experience:

Previous patient care experience preferred.

Additional Skill/Abilities:

Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to work under stress. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. BLS Healthcare Provider must be maintained.
