In Home Caregiver/ CNA/Home Health Aide 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Mobile, AL 36604 Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or nursing home settings and a strong understanding of client safety. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, light house keeping, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises. Ensure that the living environment is clean, safe, and conducive to health. Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals and enhancing their independence. Qualifications Previous experience in home care or nursing home settings is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities is a plus. Ability to perform basic cooking tasks for clients as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to travel within Baldwin and Mobile County.
