• Bewilling to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuineinterest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatricenvironment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residentsusing the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess awillingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as acommitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient andtactful composure when dealing with residents, family members,staff members, and visitors
