Job Description
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a CNA to join their team. As a CNA, you will be part of the direct care staff supporting the residents at a state psychiatric hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm for 2 weeks of orientation; then 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a
- What’s the Job?
- + Assist with all aspects of resident care as assigned by the nurse/shift supervisor, including activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and nutrition.
+ Observe, identify, and report resident concerns or needs to the shift supervisor. + Document information factually and objectively, within acceptable time frames as defined by facility policy. + Provide safe and supportive observation and effectively monitor assigned residents. + Complete assignments timely, completely, accurately, and in a cooperative manner.
- What’s Needed?
- + No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
+ Ability to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. + Strong observational skills to monitor residents and report any concerns. + Commitment to professionalism, including punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance. + Completion of level 2 fingerprinting background screening is required.
