CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant Position Available In Broward, Florida

• CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting activities and dressing patients
• Teach family members ways to care for patient
• Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping and outdoor activities.
• Working with bed bound patients

• CNA Qualifications:

• Experience in home health (
• 1 year experience required
• ) • Positive and patient • Ability to build rapport with patients • Be able to lift, turn, move, position and transfers patients from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to bed • Tech savvy •Requirements•: • Must speak, read and write English • Current, valid state licensure in good standing • Successful completion of a CNA program • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray • Physical exam (last six months) • Level 2 AHCA background screening • Licensed driver with reliable transportation •

Pay:

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• Did you take a TB Test within the last 6 months or a Chest X-ray in the last 5 years?
• Did you have a physical exam completed within the last 6 months?
• Did you complete your 24 hours of Inservices?
• Have you completed your AHCA Level 2 Background check?
