We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our compassionate home care team in Port Charlotte, FL. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, promoting comfort, independence, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation Provide companionship and engage in light homemaking duties (meal prep, light cleaning, etc.) Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse or care manager Follow established care plans and ensure client safety at all times Assist with transfers and mobility as needed Maintain accurate records of services provided Uphold professional and ethical standards of care in compliance with agency and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
For HHAs:
Must have 75-hour Home Health Aide certificate Must have valid
HIV/AIDS
training certificate Must have valid Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ALZ) certificate
For CNAs:
Must have active Florida CNA license in good standing Must have valid Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (ALZ) certificate
For Both CNA and HHA:
Current in-person CPR certification (online-only certifications not accepted) Negative TB test (must be current and documented) Level 2 background screening clearance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately If you want more variety in your day-to-day work, we can help!
