Join our team at Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City as an Activities Assistant , where you’ll make a real impact by uplifting the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful programs.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, organize, and lead engaging recreational activities tailored to our residents’ interests and abilities. Host games, crafts, music, and social events that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Meet with residents and families to understand preferences and ensure personalized experiences. Encourage participation and foster a sense of community and belonging. Provide one-on-one visits for residents unable to join group events. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all activities. Assist with recreation supply management and recommend replenishments.

What You’ll Bring:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – required A fun, upbeat attitude and genuine love for working with seniors. Creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Prior experience in activities or recreation (2+ years preferred). Experience working with geriatric or adult populations is a plus.
