Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, by maintaining a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care, by serving as a liaison between staff and administration, by promoting productivity of staff, by developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards. Qualifications Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides. Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred. Current BLS and ACLS required. Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
