Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Passionate about caring for others and making an impact ✔ Able to clear a Level 2 Background Check ✔ Strong in documentation, communication, and teamwork ✔ Ready to assist with personal care needs (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.) ✔ Holds a current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) ✔ Prior experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions (preferred) ✔ Familiar with using basic medical equipment (wheelchairs, shower chairs, lifts, etc.) ✔ Willing to work across Tampa and neighboring areas

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate care in home or facility settings Support patients with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and daily routines Monitor patient conditions and report updates to nursing staff Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintain clean, safe, and healthy environments for all patients
