Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines, to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Bachelor’s Nursing Preferred Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 3 Years Clinical Required Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty.
