Our native plant nursery supports vital habitat restoration projects across Florida. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Assistant to join our team and contribute to meaningful environmental work every day. Responsibilities

• Assist in the propagation, planting, and maintenance of native plant species
• Monitor plant health, pest control, and watering schedules
• Operate nursery tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with native plant deliveries to clients and job sites
• Help with order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Maintain clean and organized nursery workspaces
• Follow safety protocols and support team operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and nursery manager Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery, horticultural, or landscaping setting
• Familiarity with Florida native plants and their care is strongly preferred

• Bilingual:

  Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the state of Florida
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
