HHA Certificate (40 Hours) or Current CNA License 2. Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Health & Safety Institute) 3.
CEU Certificates:
HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Assistance with Self Meds, Alzheimer/Dementia 4. Permanent Resident ID or Work Authorization ID (if applicable) 5. Professional Certificate of Insurance with Liability Coverage 6. Social Security Card 8. Current Driver’s License or ID Card 9. Current Car Insurance (if applicable) 10. Physical Exam within 5 months old or less. Must state you
