HHA/CNA Friday Saturday Sunday daytime shifts Preferred Care at Home of Miami Beach Aventura, FL 33180 Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant HHA/CNA needed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-8pm in the Aventura area.

Requirements:

Strong and active caregiver English must be your first language Strong communications skills Drive client to appointments in your vehicle Meal prep Assist patient with activities of daily life Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-8pm Must be able to write out a written report daily of client’s condition Must communicate with office staff as well as client’s family Fluent English CNA license or HHA certificate CPR/BLS from American Heart Association Home health aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors as well as those with disabilities who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring a client’s vital signs and physical or mental condition, to assisting with grooming, hygiene, and chores around the house, Home Health Aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity — and dignity — of living at home.

Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication Help with general light housekeeping, including cooking meals Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members Observe and report on each client’s condition Stay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies and procedures

Home Health Aid Requirements:
