Caregiver Role:
Assist a quadriplegic in an in-home setting Responsibilities include:
- Oral hygiene
- Bathing/Showering
- Dressing
- Bowel maintenance
- Intermittent catheterization
- Range of motion exercises (arms and legs)
- Transfers via Hoyer lift
- Light cleaning of work areas
- Laundering linens and clothing
- Cooking and feeding assistance
Requirements:
- Experience with disabled individuals preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a home with family members present
- Reliable transportation is required
Details:
Schedule:
o Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM
- 7:30 AM & 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM o Sunday, 8:00 AM
- 10:00 AM & 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM o Saturday, 9:00 AM
- 3:00 PM
Pay:
$15 to $20 per hour, based on experience
