What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. This includes delivering exceptional care, assisting with scheduled activities, and providing comprehensive support while treating every resident like family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to assigned residents
- Complete daily tasks safely and professionally, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support personal care activities: personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment for residents
