Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients with varying needs, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
Current CNA or HHA certification in Florida. Must be able to pass a background check. Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients’ needs.
