Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a CNA or HHA. You will provide essential daily care and support to individuals in their homes or a facility assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
• Help clients with household tasks, such as light cleaning and meal preparation
• Monitor and document client’s vital signs
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be able to lift and move clients safely
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs, and a proven history of reliability of fulfilling contracted services without call offs or no shows
