• Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and observe patients for any changes in health or behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the seniors.
• Document and report any significant information to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Engage seniors in meaningful activities to promote their well-being and happiness. Qualifications
• Core skills in home & community care, patient care, HIPAA, senior care, and caregiving
• Premium skills in patient observation, assisted living, EMR systems, ADLs, and nursing home experience
• Relevant skills in cleaning, long term care, laundry, cooking, and medical documentation
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities Star Multi Care Holding Corp.
