3-week course, both classroom & hands-on clinical training All course materials & CNA Certification Test Prep Provided Full-time Employment Options Available in Largo & Clearwater, FL $1500 Retention Bonus after 1 year of employment The PCA training course consists of both classroom & hands-on clinical training on the skills & techniques of how to provide personal care and assisting patients with activities of daily living. The class features a fun, engaging and effective curriculum and learning environment dedicated to exceptional care and customer service. This course also will prepare students to not only obtain their PCA, but to also prepare & test for their Nursing Assistant Certification to become a CNA. Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are vital to the operation of senior living and health care communities. Class:

All students receive $14/hour for all classroom hours required for graduation (minimum of 48 hours)
Pay increase to $14.50/hour after certification is obtained as a PCA
Opportunity to earn up to $16.00/hour after certification is obtained as a CNA
Retention Bonus at 1 year employment anniversary with a Palms of Largo facility
All classroom materials and your first attempt at the CNA state certification exam are paid by the employer

To Qualify:

Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Have the ability to commit to six months of employment
Have a passion for caring for people
