Certified CNA or HHA – Flexible Shifts | $18-$22/hr | Join Our Growing Home Care Team (W-2 Employee Role) Concierge Care is hiring dedicated, dependable caregivers to join our growing W-2 home care team!
We have part-time and full-time openings available now for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who want to provide meaningful care in a one-on-one home setting — while being backed by a supportive clinical staff. Compensation & Schedule:
Hourly Rate:
$18 to $22 per hour (based on experience and case needs)
Employment Status:
W-2 employee (taxes withheld)
Shifts:
Part-time and full-time openings; flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
Location:
In-home visits throughout the North East Florida region
Your Role Includes:
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helping clients with safe mobility, exercises, and daily routines
- Light meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
- Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior to the nurse
- Accurately documenting services provided after each visit
What You Need:
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA documentation
- Meets all CMS Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aides
- Ability to read and follow care plans and instructions
- A kind, respectful attitude and the ability to work independently
