Job Summary:

Certified Nursing Assistants performs specific tasks supportive to delivery of resident care in a long-term care environment that meets or exceeds state, federal and facility expectations under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Patient Population:

Providing residential care and ongoing medical and personal care services to individuals who cannot live independently due to chronic conditions or disabilities. Required Qualifications Active Florida CNA License
BLS (Basic Life Support)

• through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  Must have a clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening as well as pass a drug screening
  Require the ability to be flexible with work assignments

Schedule & Shift Availability:

Full-Time (2 Options)
Three (3)

• Twelve(12) hour shifts per week (rotating weekends)
  7:00am to 7:30pm
  7:00pm to 7:30am
  Five (5)
• 7.5-hour shifts per week
  7:00am to 3:00pm
  3:00pm to 11:00pm
  PRN Plan 1
• requires a minimum of one shift per pay period, no weekends/holidays required
  PRN Plan 2
• requires a minimum of 48 hours worked per pay period, holiday/weekend shifts required

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate is determined by years of experience as an RN and internal equity within the organization. Minimum rate starts at $19.00/hr., max salary range is $27.00/hr.
